Prohibited Items Policy
No glowing or dangerous items (including phones, e-cigarettes, or glowing watches) are allowed inside the escape room. We provide secure lockers to store your belongings safely.
Rules for Private and Public Sessions at BE Escape Room
To book a private session, the group must meet the minimum required number of participants. Please select or note that you would like a private session during booking. Otherwise, the session will default to a public group, where other players may join until the session is full.

We currently offer three distinct themes, each with its own unique story. Every game is designed to be incredibly fun, with varying levels of horror to suit different preferences. Whether you want a thrilling mystery or a heart-pounding fright, each of our rooms provides a one-of-a-kind, immersive experience.
How many people can play in each escape room?
Player capacity varies depending on the escape room you choose.
At our Capital Square venue, Eternal Night, Survivor and Furukawa Hospital each accommodate between 2 and 8 players.
Please check the booking information for your selected Chinatown experience or contact us before booking if you are organising a large group.
For groups that require multiple rooms or simultaneous starting times, please contact our team in advance so we can confirm availability and recommend the best arrangement.
What are the age requirements?
Our Capital Square escape rooms are listed as suitable for players aged 14 and over.
Younger players must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Age requirements may vary between experiences, particularly for rooms containing stronger horror elements or live actors.
Please review the information for your selected room or contact us before booking if your group includes younger players.

How scary are the escape rooms?
Most of our rooms are horror-themed. You can request a puzzle-only version before the game starts, with reduced scary elements. However, Eternal Night only has one version and cannot be adjusted.

How to make a booking?
Select the theme you want to explore through our website, click ‘book’ to find the time you want to reserve, confirm the number of people playing, and then proceed to make a payment to book your reservation.
Can we have more players than booked?
Yes, you can! If you have more people, as long as you don’t exceed the maximum number of people permitted for each room, you can just pay the difference when you arrive.

Can we have fewer players than we booked?
Yes of course, but you must make changes at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, 50% of one entry ticket will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Information for Players
What If I Am Late for My Booking?
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a reduced game duration.
Unfortunately, if you arrive over 30 minutes late, we will be unable to start the session and it will be cancelled (no deposit refund).
What if I am unable to escape?
Don’t worry! Our games are designed to be challenging, but fun. If you are unable to escape before time runs out, our game masters will come to your rescue. They’ll provide you with a full debrief, including the solutions to the puzzles you didn’t complete. Whether you escape or not, the experience is thrilling and enjoyable, and you’ll walk away with great memories and stories to tell!
