General Information

• BE Escape Room is an entertainment service offering immersive escape room experiences that combine puzzles, storytelling, and live performance.
• These Terms apply to all bookings, participants, and visitors. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these conditions.

Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised partners.

• To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Bookings are only valid for the date and time selected at purchase.

Arrival and Timing

• Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session for briefing and preparation.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime or forfeiture of the session without refund.
• Public session bookings may include other players unless you book a private session with the minimum required number of participants.

Participation Rules

• Escape rooms are designed for entertainment purposes only.

• Players must follow staff instructions at all times for safety and game integrity.

• Prohibited Items: No phones, cameras, glowing devices, dangerous items, food, drinks, alcohol, or e-cigarettes are allowed inside the escape rooms. Secure lockers are provided for your belongings.

• Intoxicated or disruptive participants may be refused entry or removed without refund.

Age and Player Requirements

• Our games are suitable for most ages; however, children under a specified age (as advised at booking) must be accompanied by an adult.

• Maximum and minimum group sizes vary depending on the room theme and must be adhered to.

• Some rooms may include horror or intense themes. Please check the game description before booking to ensure suitability.

Cancellations and Refunds

• All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
• Rescheduling may be possible if requested at least 48 hours before the session, subject to availability.
• Failure to attend, late arrivals, or not meeting the minimum group size for private sessions will not be eligible for refunds.

Safety and Liability

• Participation is at your own risk. While BE Escape Room takes all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings.
• Players must not attempt to dismantle, damage, or misuse props, equipment, or facilities. Any intentional damage may result in charges.
• Individuals with medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, claustrophobia, heart conditions) should consider their own health and safety before participating.

Intellectual Property

• ​All game designs, puzzles, themes, stories, and content are the intellectual property of BE Escape Room.
• Recording, photography, or duplication of any part of the experience is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

• Information collected during booking is used solely to process reservations and enhance your experience.

Agreement

By booking and attending a session at BE Escape Room, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

• You accept responsibility for yourself and any minors in your group.

• You will comply with all safety rules and staff instructions.
